At LAX LEAVES, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

All loose flower cannabis products are final sale and may NOT be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Refundable Items

All non-cannabis products such as accessories, apparel, and cannabis products including edibles, oils, concentrates, vaporizers, and pre-packaged flower may be refunded in the form of an exchange. We'll assist you in finding a new product that fits your needs and apply a credit for the return amount toward your new selection. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. You MUST have your original receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with a description and photographic evidence. You must present damaged or defective products in person at the location you made the purchase with a valid receipt in order for us to process your claim. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Returns Process

To initiate a return for a refundable item, please bring your receipt and the item to our store within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
